Always had a great service here! Also the friendly lady in an off-road car in front of me in the passage line on Friday 6/4/2021 at 7:30/ 7:45 a.m.- Thk u, so grateful for u for buying for my big coffee! What Pearl Sanford doesn't like about Dunkin':
I live right next to this Dunkin' Donuts and have never had any issues with them until recently. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but they should not throw out their food an hour before closing and could be more polite to their customers. They also struggle to make certain items correctly and are consistently rude when trying to rectify mistakes. View all feedback.
Coffees were made perfect however employees need training on how to load money on dunkin app and be able to do it without having an attitude.
Four employees behind the counter did not take my order after 10 minutes of waiting, so I left.
I went in and planned a to go order. The crew was very friendly and service was prompt. I think it's a great location
Usually a Starbucks person. I burned the Carmel Macciato Arta Carmel taste. Maybe it needed more Carmel. Doughnuts are great
