The Boatshed South West Rocks

I had lunch at The Boat Shed and was pleasantly surprised. It's not often you find a restaurant with waterfront views, delicious food, and reasonable prices (not to mention boat rentals!). I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

We had a disappointing experience with this company. We booked a boat for Monday, September 26, 2016, but upon arrival, we were told they were fully booked. We then scheduled a trip for Wednesday at 7 AM. However, when we arrived, all the boats were pulled out of the water with no one on board. It seemed like they were completely unprepared for customers. To make matters worse, no one showed up on Wednesday, and we waited over an hour with another family. We tried calling the number listed on the shed, but there was no answer. The numbers on the boats were also disconnected. It felt like a complete waste of time. One local even commented that we should consider ourselves lucky for not dealing with this company. Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your time with them; they are truly unreliable. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
