I went to this little single café for the first time yesterday and loved it from the first moment. the owners are super friendly and responsive. they answered all my asking, e.g. the oil they use to cook, and were extremely flexible with the food. I have a vegetarian dish that made them a vegan. the food was delicious and looked really nice. they feel the care that the owners bring to this place. would give 5 stars i... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rosie Chai:
the good: the owner was friendly it had a scenic café the feeling. or ashamed chic they are clearly passionate about the speciality tees and there are many of them quite a varied menu and it is unusual that there is a Lebanese caffe is the vegan breakfast was nice (living-yet with medium-ost seasoning) the evil soy milk was out, and she obviously had a because sitting there; the (friendly, well-known) owner said he w... ...was that a list allowed to serve meat. Absolutely charming café, from the interior and the outdoor garden, to the friendly, unambiguous lady (probably Rosie Chai) who works there, until the food that is served. The interior will tell you about the passion that the owner has for tea. On the menu are eighteen different types of tea, so maybe you see this as a tea house that serves food. The menu is a little limiting for vegan diners, but the four or five choices are all delicious. The falafel packaging I had was excellent, and great value on £6. Certainly the best place I am aware of getting a vegan/vegetarian lunch in Twickenham.
I visited a small, quaint cafe for the first time yesterday and instantly fell in love. The owners were incredibly friendly and approachable, happily answering all of my questions, including what type of oil they use for cooking. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences by turning a vegetarian dish into a vegan one. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, clearly reflecting the thought and care put into every dish. I would give this place 5 stars if I could, but unfortunately, there is no option for a meat-free cafe. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The restaurant has a nice and cozy ambiance, but unfortunately the food is not up to par. The falafel was decent, but the spinach pastries were stale and dry. The fruit cake was especially disappointing, as it appeared to have been sitting for months and was completely dried out. Additionally, there were no vegan cake options available.
On the downside, the soya milk was spoiled and seemed to have been sitting out for some time. The owner, while well-meaning, was unsure of the milk's freshness and seemed confused about its taste. The presence of two microwaves behind the counter, constantly in use, raised doubts about the freshness of the food being served.
