My wife and I are here for the first time tonight and the pizzas are up there with the best I had. we will visit 100% again here, beautiful!

Amazing service!!! I placed a order in just eat and added a note that I had a nut allergy. Within five minutes I had a phone call asking about the allergy and just confirming that there were no nuts in what I ordered. He made extra sure that I was ok with this and if I had any problems to ring them. The food was delicious as well. Very impressed

One of the best pizza places in South Shields. The food is consistently high-quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to your average pizzeria, but they also offer some great value specialties from time to time. Definitely worth a visit!

I visited Piccolo after reading some great reviews and decided to give it a try. Unsure about what to order, I spoke with the man at the front of the house, who offered me some excellent suggestions. I was really grateful for his help because everything I tried was delicious. The staff genuinely seem to care about what they serve and about their customers as well. The food was served hot and tasted fantastic. I was even allowed to sample a dish before ordering to ensure I was happy with my choice—such a thoughtful touch that I've never experienced before!
