Guilt Free Takeaway - South Tyneside

The working environment at this restaurant is not good. I never get to eat any food until the afternoon because the manager, Joanne, does not listen to any suggestions or advice - she acts like she is always right.

A little bit expensive considering its trying to be healthy take away food. Not a great menu and the desserts although healthy', didn't taste great.

I was very excited to try here as I thought it a genius idea! A healthy takeaway! Unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. My partner ordered a Tia Green Curry with rice and I had a chicken dish with sweet potatoes wedges. The wedges were bland...and so overcooked they were like mush! No crispyness what so ever on them. I felt like I was eating baby food! My chicken was average but also bland. My partners Tia Green curry was atrocious! He found 5 blonde hairs in it! (My hair is red and his is black) I rung up to complain only to be told it was impossible and am I sure it wasn't just ginger... last I checked ginger wasn't long, curly and blonde! The girl on the phone only offered 10% off my next order as well! Considering the price of this take away is well above that of any other I thought that very cheeky! We had payed just over £30 for everything including dessert and a drink! Definitely will not be returning!

Food is great, delivery a little slow. I suggest collecting your order if you're really hungry. strongly recumbent the chicken and pea risotto!

I was sitting here during my dinner break and ordered chicken skewers. I waited for 45 minutes but they never brought the chicken. I left disappointed, but they gave me a full refund. I believe they only prepared it after I had left.
