We ordered 2 cheeseburgers but received 2 soggy processed chicken burgers instead. When we brought up the mistake, the restaurant denied fault and did not offer a refund or replacement. This experience showed us that they are not reliable caterers. The chicken burgers were served with lettuce and mayo instead of pickled cabbage, showing a lack of knowledge about burgers.
