I felt very hurried. we ordered a starter and at the same time the server took our main order and said it would be staggered to get out after the first cursor. they both arrived at the same time. we sent our head back. when we were prepared, the salate that accompanied him was devastated. for the cost of the meal they think that a fresh salad could have been placed on the plate. Great lounge area Despite food was average (cold dish), some dirty cutlery and plates, they were nice to replace for for dishes and clean cutlery. Drinks were excellent
Going in has always been great for me with no problems, but I ordered take out here for the first time last night and came home to find they put all the sauce in a separate container which not only was on its side, but also had a leaking lid. They also forgot the cajun chicken and completely missed the garlic bread I ordered with it. I didn't think I would have to check since they have always been excellent when I dine in, so I stopped by on my way home and found my dinner is basically dried noodles with an alfredo flavoured bag
I found the service top notch. The food and drinks were delicious and served with a short wait. It was busy for an Monday. The restaurant was clean with tons of Natural light and high ceilings. They had an outdoor patio but it was too hot to eat outside. I will definitely be back.
On January 26th, Elizabeth and I, Russell, came back to the same Earl?s Restaurant located in South Surrey and brought along her relative, Alex, to join with us. We were very hungry and ordered a lot of foods. Our servers were Johnny, Desiree, and the manager, Hanna. We had the best of everything from appetizers to the main courses (steak/lobsters) and even desserts, plus coffee and cafe mocha (my favorite). We were so full; we couldn?t order anything anymore. It was the greatest feast we?ve ever had! The service was fantastic! We would like to thank Claire (kitchen manager) for compensating our meals from an incident before and thank you so much for treating us on the house. It was the best there is!! My Elizabeth and I would love to come back to your restaurant and we would be so happy to see Claire again. We highly recommend this restaurant for others to come. You will be satisfied with the service and the foods are outstanding!
Great ambience and reliably tasty Earl's offerings. The newly added Jumbo crabcakes served with a green salad was really good. ????
