I also wanted to Add, Paying good money for Steak, including Sauce means Sauce, not Water Sauce, that's it first night positive, second needed improvement on ONLY SAUCE, it definitely should be Sauce, on Steak Farely pricy, but have a thickness which doesn't just Run over plate, View all feedback.
I have been there 5 or 6 times never had a bad time .they are so friendly and helpful .and the food is very good

It’s a pleasure to give this restaurant a good review. Right from the start it was a great experience lovely and warm after a cold walk, friendly welcome. Food came quickly and was delicious we had the mackerel pâté and the ham terrine. For the mains we had monkfish in Prosciutto, steak and the fish and chips all beautifully presented. Wine was a fair price. All in all a lovely experience we will come again.
A very pleasant family meal. Good food. Friendly staff and a nice ambiance Monk fish in Prosciutto was delectable as was the creme brûlée Highly recommended
