I recently visited Antiques Bizarre and was thrilled with the experience. The cafe inside, The Home Bakery, was fantastic and I could easily spend a lot of money there. My mate and I stopped here for a lunch at about 2.15pm. They had a good menu. We made our selection and I went to the counter to place our order giving the table number. I was given the option of paying with the order or when we had finished. The drinks came first in quick time and the food was not far behind. We both enjoyed our meal and tea. Large warehouse with all possible items. some antiques and some not so. a sweet little pine table for the room. not bad condition and good value at £85 reduced from £95. the caffe is closed down below, but there was a takeaway outside that served a great breakfast roll. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best for eating all frescoes! secondly, the employees were not terrible helpful and seemed to emphasize something. would, however, be revisited.
I visited here for the first time today to see if I could find a replacement top for my hilarious one I renovate. there is so much here and such a variety, some müll but loads of interesting bits. it was a nice way to spend an hour and I found a coffee table with a beautiful tip that I have rubbed down now and it is now the top to our hall table.
Balance of various items and beautifully displayed. clean and well organized with decent parking. the prices seem pretty high.
Antiquity camps. many goodies. fair prices. not far from the city center. great place to surf and buy if they like antiques and nostalgia.
So many ugly dogs! But I got some great LPs, and bookends!
