I went to Costa Chard with my child, who was having trouble remembering the name of a drink he wanted. The waitress, Tegan, took a few minutes and shared a few smiles to help him remember. It was a fabulous and welcoming experience every time we visit this Costa location. It's great to see service like this in today's world. View all feedback.
What MarbleCat11 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Visited with my children for a treat after school, literally no customers at the front section of the store and every table was covered in trays, mugs and glasses. The floor was filthy too. We had to move trays to sit down. Two members of staff behind the counter and one girl deciding it was better to replace the labels in the fridge that clean the tables floor etc. I could understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t. T... Good coffee poor cleanliness in service/counter area. Not the best Costa in terms of atmosphere. Will not visit again.
Ordered a toastie and coffee on the app to click and collect. Couldn’t have been easier. Went in and it was all ready on the click and collect counter which was clearly signed on the counter. Impressed!
Seriously! took a chance as nothing else was open, got the new roast at extra cost as it was supposed to have a fuller flavour, got an extra shot for good measure, low and behold, still a pitiful weak taste, not sure what it tastes of but it definitely isn't coffee. Should have listened to my gut instinct, what did I expect from the macdonalds of the coffee world.
Assistant got my order totally wrong and he was very rude
Over priced and over rated, all Costa's not just this one. Coffee weak and tasteless.
