Arrived at table at 0930, order taken quite quickly and tea arrived promptly. Unfortunately from there it was down hill, at 1015 no meal and others who came in after us were getting their meals, on bringing this to the staff attention we were told...they had mislaid our order and it was going to be ten minutes, twenty minutes later there was no sign of the order. Highly recommended for those who want a beautiful break or a beautiful brunch roast are devine excellent service beautiful staff
If they consider this as a pitstop en route to a holiday in the west, they do not go during peak times. they can't deal with people. the menu is far too long and they will wait an old for eating. eating is good. but the long waiting time is not worth it. if they have small children, the play area will be shut down and not worth it.
Grumpy and off-hand senior cafe staff. I only want to pack at 4.45 and really not interested in serving customers.
The food is really delicious, and good value they will not come away hunger! lisa waited for us and was sooo friendly and helpful well done lisa! will be back!
Excellent roast and as we were too full for dessert the lovely staff arranged for us to take it home for later. Services was brilliant as usual. Thank you
