My wife and I went to this restaurant on Saturday and the service was excellent. The waitress seated us and provided us with the menu and drink list (currently limited to bottled beer only, no cocktails, but the wine list was okay). We ordered a diet soda and a bottle of beer, which arrived quickly along with a bowl of crackers and a sweet chili dip. For starters, we had the mixed starter and the sticky cake. For the... Let's be honest, the most important aspect of a restaurant is the food, and in this case, it's quite good. However, as a reviewer, I have to give the whole picture. The restaurant is a small, dimly lit establishment without a proper bar and it appears to be a bit rundown. The restroom is located directly off the dining room which is not ideal. The service is good and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. But if someone is looking to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday, I would recommend they consider somewhere else. This used to be a popular curry place, but it seems like they haven't invested any money in the restaurant in years. I hope they improve because I will continue to support them, but right now it feels like they're only halfway there. Dining out is more than just the food, it's about the whole experience.
I recently visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening without a reservation, but we were fortunate enough to snag a table. My companion and I have been regular diners here since the restaurant opened, and we both agree that the Thai food is the best we have had outside of Thailand. The restaurant is small but cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. For our meal, we started with the spring rolls and then enjoyed the Thai green chicken curry - one with rice and the other with chips. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, especially when washed down with a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

For the main course, I had k padhing with chicken and fried rice, while Yvonne had prik tai dum with chicken and steamed rice. The appetizers were delicious, and the main courses did not disappoint. Note: those with an NHS ID receive a discount. We were very happy with our visit and plan to return soon, possibly for lunch specials.
I celebrated my birthday in this beautiful little restaurant before wash, eating and service was excellent! the employees were very acceptable for our party, they even offered balloons for the table and also I was surprised with a birthday cake and. a complete restaurant of people who sing to me haha! I had thai fishcake starter with an amazing sweet chili sauce followed by red thain curry, a fried rice and homemade chunky chips-sizes are so much food, and the taste is to die! all fresh ingrediants and it was a taste of the sky, I also had take-out service from her also try a shuddle pillow again! the restaurant is modern, clean and very cosey inside with excellent trips - they can make the good moan. every Thai food lover this is the must go space in south shields, I don't assure them to be disappointed! stars all round, keep them the Fab workers!!xxx
New restaurant, lovely clean decor. Staff very friendly, food amazing; very authentic. Cash only at the moment but not a problem as two free to use cash points across the road. Will definitely be back.
