The new owner has driven this business downhill so much that I will never come back. The current staff are also completely ineffective. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Knowing that they cook to order, I tried to place my order over the phone as a loyal customer. However, when I called on New Year's Day, I was told to call back because the shop was busy. When I eventually went in to place my order, I found only one stressed-out person serving customers, who kept mentioning how stressed she was. The shop was extremely busy and many items were already sold out. Feeling sorry for the overwhelmed employee, I decided to cancel my order and leave. Billy, please consider hiring more staff to improve the customer experience. I will not be returning, as it seems online deliveries receive better treatment. This was not a good experience.

They used to consider this chip shop one of the best in the area, but after this visit, they will not be returning. Amazing customer service, especially for the young girl at the front, so polite and understanding! Great food as always i couldn’t recommend this place enough.
