The food was terrific. I don't understand all these negative reviews. The woman who attended me was polite to me and to every other customer. She worked fast with a sense of urgency. My order was exactly as ordered. The garlic boneless wings are to diefor. All food is fresh. The Cajun corn is the best corn I've ever eaten. Will definitely come back again. This is my 2nd visitone in Florida and one in Pennsylvania neither disappointed. P.S if you're in a rush might as well ordered ahead because youwill wait 15-20 minutes but only because the food is cooked to order.

I ordered online, after nearly an hour it was canceled. They sent me an email to call the location for details. This location can't even handle answering phones. It looks like I'll probably have to do a chargeback because I don't think they're refundingme and they're incapable of answering a phone. I'd consider this place basically a scam and you should definitely never orderonline from this location. I'd avoid it in general, but maybe if you order in person they won't just take your money and try toscam you.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The fries were overcooked and served cold, and the wings were nothing special. I ended up returning the food and requested a refund, which the staff handled well, and I appreciated their customer service in this regard. However, it seems that management might be soliciting friends and family to write fake five-star reviews. My negative experience happened just four days ago, and now there are suddenly multiple new five-star reviews that not only mention poor food and service but also specifically praise a certain manager. This place is disappointing—don't fall for the phony reviews!

Brandon and the team really delivered! Wing.Stop is definitely the spot to be! They prepared our meal perfectly and ensured we had everything we needed before we left. It can get busy, so you might have to wait a little, but good things come to those who wait. If you’ve got the patience, definitely stop by and see Brandon and the crew! I hope they open more Wing.Stop locations around SRQ!

I ordered a 6-piece boneless wing combo with loaded fries for the first and last time. The "wings" were the size of popcorn chicken, greasy, and the fries were also greasy, covered in a strange queso and a salty chili powder. "Loaded"? Not really. To say I wasn't feeling great afterward would be an understatement. I won't be returning!
