Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 2 10” Pizzas this evening on 4/5/2024 at 7:20pm. Was told 40 minutes for pickup. Arrived at 8:00pm and the younger gentleman at the counter had no record of my order. An older woman came out and couldn’t find the order either. Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 2 10” Pizzas this evening on 4/5/2024 at 7:20pm. Was told 40 minutes for pickup. Arrived at 8:00pm and the younger gentleman at the counter had no record of my order. An older woman came out and couldn’t find the order either. After some searching on the computer, they realize that I did indeed call, but they didn’t submit the order fully. Rather than offering to rectify the situation correctly, I was told if I wait 15-20 more minutes I would receive a free soda and they could see about a 10% discount. I left and grabbed frozen pizzas from Publix next door because I refused to take such a low ball offer when this location wouldn’t even apologize for the mistake and more so wanted to throw their hands up like “yea well it’s happens”.
I’m from NY and this pizza was very good. No complaints about the food. However the one employee in particular was extremely rude. The cashier was an older gentleman very nice guy and made a mistake while cashing me out. He asked one of the employees who where’s a red chefs hat for some assistance. The employee goes over to the cashier with the biggest attitude and infront of all us customers completely embarrassed the cashier for making a mistake and you can tell made him very flustered. I get it people have a bad day but this guy seems like he just hates life in general. I felt sorry for the cashier and he just kept apologizing for making an honest mistake. One thing you don’t do is disrespect and embarrass a coworker like that infront of customers. This guy needs a talking to. 0 star for the customer service. However 5 star for the older gentleman/cashier.
