Very happy with the service. Very impressed with the Monce.She was able to remember my staffs name and daily order from memory after a day. Very cheerful and positive. An asset to Starbucks for sure View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
the load that is published on the window and written on the standing sign is open at 6:30 o'clock. but they did not open the door until 19.00 a.m. we waited almost 20 minutes. the server has not apologized at all. heard from our hotel career, these dieucks always open to different hours, they must try their luck. Great place to get a cup coffee and breakfast sandwiches. very friendly and helpful staff.
As expected, it was a great experience. in the last 5 years we have bought shares in dieucks. I'm not being biased here.
Emma and angelica were great and accommodating. emma was very kind and patiently explained the new drinks available.

I ordered a Traveler' of coffee to be delivered to a hotel this morning through UberEats. The delivery was fast and the driver was very nice. My issue isn't with UberEats, my issue is with THIS partucular store!After placing the order, I personally called the store to make a special request for the order. I was told that my request could be accommodated no problem However, when I got the order, there were no stirers provided, no napkins, and most importantly, there were no cups. Yep, you read that right. I received NO CUPS!!I have a box of coffee enough to serve 10 people and not a SINGLE CUP to drink it with! Question: How am I supposed to extract the coffee from the Traveler if I have no cups?! ?Naturally, I called the store again to ask them about it, to which I received the following response: Sorry, that was our mistake, we just forgot. We can't do anything about it now but maybe if you call UberEats, they might refund the order So, it seems that Starbucks wants UberEats to take the hit for their carelessness and meanwhile, I'm still left with a box of coffee, with no cups.Needless to say, this wasn't the best use of my $25, and there won't be a next time I might have gotten better from McDonald's.
