This boba shop is a great spot for a wide variety of drinks and snacks. However, the experience was tainted by the rudeness of the cashier. The staff member seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which can really dampen the mood. Just be prepared for that if you decide to visit!

The staff was extremely unclean! I will never return! As a parent, I’ve decided not to go back today. I ordered popcorn chicken and noticed how an employee prepared my order; I saw her drop a piece of chicken on the floor and then put it back in the bag. She was in the kitchen, clearly aware that I was watching, but she thought I didn’t see it. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t say anything at the time. I will definitely not come back to this place! I can’t imagine what they do with our food when we’re not watching.

Anyone who has ever tried Boba tea knows the deal. It's similar to McDonald's—there are locations everywhere and they all offer pretty much the same quality. The main difference lies in the customer service experience.

? I love how her Boba always has a good texture, chew all the way through the middle, but stays slightly soft on the outside. So popcorn chicken is great!! The chicken is tender and crispy, which makes a perfect crispy chicken! There is a good selection of items and always make my order fast.

I really like this location b/c it?s near Safeway, Pacific market, shopping, restaurants, MacDonalds my ATM. So if your teens love this place it?s walking distance near most residential areas. I wanted to add that the guy who used to make the egg waffles was the best. I don?t mind having the waffles a little more crisper. The recent person who makes them does not let the waffle cook through, so it?s a little more like pancake. Other items that were the best are snow drinks, mango delight , black sesame drink with boba, brown sugar drink with boba. Matcha Snow or milk tea.
