Coco^3 - South San Francisco

Stopped by Coco 3 to grab some drinks before heading over to Beauty bound for a quick pedicure. I ordered the taro drink with lots of Sago which I thoroughly enjoyed. Interior is clean, well lit, they have a bathroom that requires a key, and plenty of seating. Staff there is very nice, there's lots of parking in the plaza, and it's right next to Costco across the street so plenty of perks if you need to get your tires changed and need a spot to hang out at.

I would regularly go there with my partner for getting refreshing drinks and freshly made desserts which made it a good experience visiting there.However, lately, we noticed their prices on their signature drinks and delicious desserts have been climbing higher, and just to provide one such example, the 'Blended Cafe Latte ' which we both frequently ordered when there, is now being charged at $6.00/each a cup, up from $5.50/each in the past. But, that is not the only concerning issue; if you 're a rewards member, which we both are, now it takes 72 points to receive a reward at Coco 3 's shop, instead of 60 points from before.So, in both, me and my spouse 's opinion along with a few of our friends and associates that frequent there to order drinks and desserts, Coco 3 as a business has become more greedy towards their regular customers and visitors.We just hope they 're more considerate towards their regular customers and not keep increasing prices and/or overcharge for the items on their menu along with perhaps offering some sort of discounts and price breaks to all of us who frequent their shop and support their small business.

Located in a plaza right next to costco, so lots of parking toppings are free!! coco mango (5/5): i don't get smoothies very often so i wasn't expecting much, but this was actually really good! you can definitely taste the fruit in it and it was very refreshing i tried my friends drinks and they were all also really good too! overall good drinks you can tell they use actual fruit in, and they have a very extensive menu so would definitely be back

Fresh ingredients and amazing texture and flavors. Loved the basil seeds, the boba was Cooke to perfection, and there was plenty of avocado. I think next time I would get 100% sweet. The 75%sweet here felt like 50% at other places.

One of our rotating boba places we frequent in the peninsula. Whether ordering ahead or in store, they always deliver a consistent delicious treat. Their boba is top notch. Not too soft and not too hard. You can feel the freshness when they hand the drink to you as the boba is still warm on the bottom. My go to drink is the orangey peachy, but everything on the menu is great. Sometimes it's a little hard to hear questions the staff have to say due to the plastic screen, but that a minor detail. Ordering by yourself or a group, this place never disappoints
