Boundin Bakery And Cafe

Came to this bakery for breakfast. Bread is really fresh and service was fast. Ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and a tomato soup bowl. The Bacon and Egg Sandwich was lovely, toasted to perfection. The soup bowl was good too. Love the combination with the cheese and scraping the bread out of the bowl. My only reservation was that the sourdough wasn’t very sour enough. Felt like a sourdough and a brioche.

This is how breakfast should be, better then homemade. If you like Eggs Benedict with ham or salmon topped with homemade sauce or homemade Corn Beef Hash you will love Pats.

Really good fresh food and baked goods. Had a soup and sandwich with real non processed meat, topped off with a caramel latte. I would definitely go back!!

Staying a short time in San Francisco, I missed the chance to try their famous seafood chowder bowl at the Fisherman's Wharf outlet. Early flight out of SFO, I was glad to see they had an outlet and managed to try it. Yup, it was delicious.. the sour dough compliments the creamy chowder. They also sell other dishes and souvenirs, even canned chowder!

As airport food goes this is pretty good. I enjoyed my margarita pizza. The service was good. Three pizza was made fast and well. I'm comfortably full now ready for my long flight and now I can avoid the plane food.
