This place is a hidden gem here on 3500 S and Redwood. These are some of the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend you stop by and try this place. View all feedback.
What Jose Tello doesn't like about Porkys Tacos:
Menu shows one price when you ordered the price is like 50% more than the Menu price plus the welcome you with chip's and salsa at but they're changing for it also add tips they self pay attention when you are there..Food is good ? View all feedback.
I ordered the Carnitas plate and was really impressed. The pork was incredibly tender, resembling more of a pork roast than traditional Carnitas, but it was absolutely delicious! They also offered Tamarindo, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful meal.
The menu displays one price, but when you order, the final cost is about 50% higher than what was listed. They welcome you with chips and salsa, but they charge for that as well. Additionally, they automatically add a tip to your bill, so be mindful of that while you're there. The food is good, though!
Porky's Review: The tacos were small, and I felt ripped off! They served chips and salsa as soon as we sat down but didn’t mention that there would be a charge for them. I was also billed for three drinks, even though there were only two of us. Very disappointing!
Food was ok. Got the mole and it did not taste like mole. Flavor was good, but not a mole
Not bad just not great either, had the molcajete monarca, it tastes very good it has very little for the price...
