the vegan banh mi has a very unique taste profile. also the texture of the roasted rice powder is large. my was a little soggy, but I took it to go and past 10 minutes, so maybe that's the reason. it's incredibly delicious. the lemongrass tofu is also good. at $4, the prizes cannot be beaten. it sacrifices a bit the quality of the ingredients, with regard to healthier broth and sauce mostly. next time I try the vegan...
