ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE BEST MCDONALD'S LUNCH WE HAVE EVER EATEN. I don't know what they did differently but you can't say they are all the same after this one. The burgers were obviously freshly cooked, they were juicy and hot and the buns were soft and tasty. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. The coffees were hot and strong. Once again, the service was very poor. Instead of prioritizing Uber Eats and Deliveroo, they should focus on serving the customers in the shop and at the drive-through. The service was absolutely appalling. They are supposed to be fast food, yet we have been waiting 40 minutes for our food. They need to improve. View all feedback.
Everytime we order food from this restaurant on Just Eat its wrong, when you call they say you can come and pick up the missing items or call just eat. What's the point in ordering if you have to go and collect missing food. How hard is it to put food in a bag!
Was OK, food to 20min to arrive and it didn't look that busy
Order accuracy much improved recently. Still don't trust them with a delivery, but last few Collection point orders have all been complete.
Ordered sausage and egg McMuffin. When I got home no egg or sausage on muffin. Must be a first.
Guys. This restaurant will try to accuse you of lying. Food missing. Asks us to prove it and come to branch. £2 delivery £1.49 service charge. If you have the audacity to ask for a service charge. Employ someone to check people's orders. It's not hard. You are literally putting food in a bag. People would not get irate if you didn't accuse them of lying. I don't want £7 off my meal. I want the meal I ordered. Ask for a complaint form. Admit you are wrong and missed an item. It stops all this. Worst mcdonald's delivery in Lancashire. Soon stops when you walk into branch. Fishergate centre never have these problems when you was closed for refurbishment.
