Manager and staff are not welcoming, its all about them not their customers, will not be going again

Went to the lime bar for a Sunday roast. Janis' food was incredible. To start with, we had salt and pepper chicken which was perfectly spiced and refreshing. We then had a beef dinner and it was the best I've ever had from a restaurant! Can't thank Janis and the lime bar enough for such an amazing Sunday dinner!

We stopped by for drinks and food, but ended up only having drinks because the service was so poor. We felt unwelcome and like we were inconveniencing the bartender/waiter/host. He was rude, dismissive, and lacked any hospitality. When we asked about specific cocktails, we only received short, unhelpful answers. There were no smiles, no thank yous, and no offer for anything else. It was just plain rude. Lime Bar, please improve your staff's hospitality.

This restaurant is not as good as it used to be. We used to enjoy coming here for fancy cocktails on Saturday nights. However, our recent visit was disappointing. It felt like walking into a high school dance. The bar was crowded with young, intoxicated 18-year-olds. We have never witnessed a fight in a Penwortham bar until our latest visit to the Lime Bar. The customers have changed and it is no longer a pleasant place for couples.

Myself my mother in law and grandma in law came for lunch after dress shopping and was served by Chelcie she was attentive but not over baring, lovely bubbly personality and definitely a credit to your team so look after her!! You don't want to loose her! Even helped me decide on what to eat as I was indecisive. We had a bottle if zinfandel and 3 ciabattas the food was also delicious! Will definitely come back
