Food is pretty good but a bit over priced. It was freezing when we were there but it was because a server was hot and opened the window the host closed it for us which helped a bit. The only place I have ever gotten a relish tray so that was pretty cool. View all feedback.
What Winston The Dog doesn't like about Dreamland Supper Club Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews:
Friendly service but a tired looking restaurant that desperately needs a remodelling and makeover. The relish tray was a real disappointment and not worth the hype. View all feedback.
We had been looking forward to visiting here on our vacation so we were disappointed that they were out of ice tea, prime rib, and ice cream for cocktails. While we realize those things can happen, it was a lot. Also, really sad that the same relish tray is served to a table of five as a table of two. We got one SMALL bite of things.
Staff was very good, food, not so much. Pretty pricey for what you get.
Like walking back in time in the best way possible. Great service. Great food. Reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Stopped by for the Supper Club experience. There isn’t really an experience any more. It is just a steak house with less than average food. They serve a relish tray but it is a small tray for 4 people (I suspect it is the same size for 2 people since it can’t be much smaller). But if 2 people don’t like each item it works well. I got 3 black olives for instance because nobody else wanted any. Salad is ordinary made with Walmart ingredients (almost completely iceberg lettuce). Homemade dressing tastes like a cheap bottle of ranch. Soup was terrible. Just inedible and should never have been served to anyone. The color of the chicken dumpling soup was grey. GREY! And wife stirred around in it a bit and couldn’t find any chicken. She did gamely eat a dumpling and then let waitress take it away. Juice option is tomato juice straight out of the carton. I had steak, medium rare, that arrived medium well without a good sear. Chewy and not much flavor. Wife had prime rib. Was mostly fat and hadn’t been fully heated up so major sections were still cold from refrigerator. Others had the deep fried walleye. Flavor of that fish was decent but the coating was so thick it had to be peeled off in chunks or it would overpower every bite. Oh, had cheese curds as an appetizer. If you want to go to Dreamland Supper Club just order the cheese curds and head out.
Very good food. Service is friendly if very slow. Unfortunately they ran out of prime rib very early. Strip was excellent. My wife’s pork chop was undercooked and average at best. The soup and relish tray were excellent. Loved the pickled herring.
