Never been to D&D on Broadway. Was going to give this place a 2 for cleanliness but it had not been cleaned, counters and the bathroom needed a quick clean, In the end they made the best and hottest hot chocolate I have ever had at a DD. Just ordered a coffee. Asked for 5 cream. It was dark enough to maybe have 2. I asked for more because it was wrong. He rolled his eyes at me. I explained it was suppose to have 5 cream. He looked at the tag shrugging. He added some more...doesn't lookany different. If you pay almost $4 for a coffee you want to be able to drink it. View all feedback.
Slow drive-thru. Out of products. Inconsistent. Recently had THE worst cup of coffee ever. Toasted almond flavored coffee (decided to try it) was inedible and immediately threw it away. Location clearly suffering from staff shortage, and then propertraining of any new staff. I hope the owners take note, and they can get themselves together at this location soon!

This establishment has little to no management. The staff are rude and condescending. I tried to order a flavored coffee and again for the third time this week he told me they were out of the product so I said you guys are always running out of product,and another worker interrupted and said if I didn?t like it, I could go to the Dunkin? Donuts around the corner. I replied,funny and he said yeah it is. That?s the service you get ? They run out of almost all their product every day by mid morning. Ihave no idea who?s doing the ordering but they are failing miserably. Quite possibly the slowest drive-through that I?ve everexperienced. You wait forever and when you get up there, there?s employees all talking and hanging out, while doing NOTHING! Igo every single day five days a week to get coffee?s for myself and my co workers and it?s always a disaster. If you lookonline, previous reviews are no better. Save your money and go elsewhere.
No other customers but had to ask for help as they were busy hanging out and talking. Everything was dirty and disgusting. Floor was filthy. Customer counter was cover with the staffs drinks they were currently drinking. Doughnuts were covered in bags andwhen dropped just left. Won't be back.
Ordered a decaf latte, got a regular coffee. Also given and charged for food we didn't order. Tried to correct while ordering, just got talked over. Gave up, so now I have a coffee I can't drink. Will not be back.
