Dunkin' - South Plainfield

No soap in the restroom. No napkins on the counter.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin until there was clearly a change in staff.I come here often and never make a big deal when mistakes are made. However, the other day I went and ordered 2 of the new banana bread (toasted). I received it and it was FROZEN! I allowed them to warm it again… No biggie. Then I ordered 2 drinks and by the time we actually took a sip they were made entirely wrong and had arrived at our destination.I came back today with the completely full cup of one of the drinks and asked if they may please just replace that drink for today and I was ordering more food. The tall male manager came and basically said that it’s MY problem for not coming back the same day when I was busy and Dunkin isn’t responsible for their mistakes the next day. I won’t be returning again. I rather drive 15 mins further and get Starbucks!

Worst drive thru experience. Waited almost 30 mins to get coffee and hash browns.

I asked for avocado toast with bacon. I got avocado toast with BACON. Every other Dunkin location I visit, they give me the bacon bits spread out over the toast and the avocado is smooth. At THIS location (staff is cool .. cutie pie girl with the 'J ' necklace is nice young man with the deep voice is a good worker as well as I was saying...I ask for the toast at the PARK AVE location, and this is what I got. The 1st pic is how it NORMALLY looks.The second picture is wtf? ? they remodeled the building, and the staff which is cool, but at least show the guy how to do the damned toast??‍

Walked in and I was greeted as hey sweetie how are you by the Young worker. I place my order she was laughing was not paying attention to my order said that she wasn't laughing at me and I had to repeat my order again. I felt uncomfortable and found that she was very unprofessional. When I asked for donut I was told not to order any donuts from there. What is that. Unfortunately I will not be visiting that dunkin' donuts again...
