The food is delicious but so very skimpy on portion size! We didn't get our corn bread either.

Hidden gem in little ole SP. The best Memphis rubbed smoked ribs you will find in NJ. Total sleeper. Cole slaw, brats, pastrami and brisket are also off the charts. They don’t make food like this in the big box chains. Keep up the great work big Sam.

I'd give it 6 stars. It's legit BBQ and the prices are really reasonable. I tried the Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Mac and Cheese and Beans. All spot on. My favorite was the Brisket and the Beans, but my kids ate all of the meats which is rare. My son (6) ate smoked ribs and I had to buy an extra portion of pulled chicken for my daughter (8).Oh, and don't forget the sauce bar! KC BBQ and Puneapple Habanero were great. We recently had Boss Hog come and do an on-site catering for a company event at our office. Everything was wonderful! Mark was very easy to work with and straight forward in the process. He was willing to answer every question we had for him in a timely manner.The food was a big hit! We have some harsh critics, Simon Cowell types, that are not very easily impressed. I had all of them come up to me and tell me they have never had pulled pork THAT good. It was extremely well seasoned and cooked to perfection.The rest of the food was equally amazing and left everyone stuffed and ready for a nap!! The sides can easily be overlooked at barbeque restaurants, but there were no weak links in these guys' menu. We had the cornbread, mac and cheese, country green beans, and coleslaw.If you are looking for catering options that will wow your guests, Boss Hog will do the trick! Consider having them cook on-site for your event for a unique experience.The guys showed me pictures of some of what they have to offer in-store which is a wider range of meals and sandwiches that were absolutely ridiculous in a good way. Though we did not personally go in store I am certain you wont be disappointed with their menu.Thank you Boss Hog! You guys were lovely and your food was fantastic!!

The food is outstanding! It has a fantastic smoky flavor, and the brisket is so tender that you can pull it apart with your fingers!
