One good thing about this place is the food is reasonable cheap compared to other brunch spots. Can never go wrong with good coffee and slow cooked egg! View all feedback.
What Roshni Basnet doesn't like about Sprolo:
sprolo used to be a favorite. great eating, great coffee and ingenious for the children, with a large play area at the back of the caffe. customers also loved it clearly, it was always swinging. I have returned to the first time in about a year today, and what a change, and not a good wise. the parking space is now empty, the only food available are toasties (and while mine was pretty, it wasn't what I felt at the br... Sprolo is a small cafe serving modern Australian cuisine. It wins friends for its creamy coffee and its kid-friendly atmosphere. Sprolo is well-known for its inviting exotic breakfasts. This area of South Perth is quite afluent these days, and customers like Sprolo's coffee. I lived in the South Perth area for many years and I can say that Sprolo is a welcome addition to the coffee scene.
We came around noon on a weekday and were disappointed to find there wasn’t a full menu of food. We did order a few toasties which were great, as was the coffee. The cafe was filled with toddlers and their mums which is great if you are bringing your own kid but is a tad too noisy otherwise
It is some 12 months since we were at Sprolos so whilst minding grandchildren we decided to try their Singapore Breakfast. Outside of Singapore we have not found one so good and consistent. Their coffee as always was excellent. Great job by the team.
Not out favourite go-to coffee shop but we've been a few times when in the neighbourhood. The coffee is great and goes perfectly with a warmed pastry (or two). It's just a pity when you're served by their resident soulless barista. I'm sure not all of the staff are like that but it does dull the shine of their brand.
Coffees are great here (obviously) but I do have to recommend the traditional Singaporean breakfast. Less than $15 and I had to order 2 because they were so good! Thank you!
