I've been a regular at this restaurant for three years and have consistently enjoyed great food. However, in the last few months, the quality has really declined. Tonight, I ordered a sweet and sour dish and specifically requested no wobble due to my allergy. Best chinese in penrith. Love there oysters and their combination omelette. they also treat any teller with rice! friendly service
