The service at this restaurant is excellent and very customer-friendly! The Sesame Chicken was delicious, thank you! I will definitely be purchasing again. The prices are great. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5. View all feedback.
What Christian Hensler doesn't like about Hong Kong:
The absolute worst food. Bourbon chicken was beyond dry, no flavor and no sauce. Spring rolls had nothing inside. Also didn’t send any sauce packets whatsoever (no soy sauce, mustard, duck sauce). Bad food, bad service . Avoid Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.

The quality of the food at this restaurant has significantly decreased in recent months. The service is mainly for take out, and the meal type is dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The food is rated a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
Food delish but with the back door always open I wonder if there are any univited guests crawling around. We did call them to tell them this was unsanitary to no avail. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Order online, pay a “convenience fee” of about $2. And a “carry out fee” of about $1. Whose convenience? They didn’t even have to answer the phone. I have to pay to go pick it up and carry out? When I asked the woman who said she was the owner, she had no idea what the fees were for. That is, if she even understood the question. Pork fried rice, $1.50 upcharge, had very little pork or taste. Everything tasted like it was reheated from earlier. Nothing like it was with previous owners. Have been going there for 15 years, but probably won’t go back again. Very disappointing.
