What auto-stoppeur doesn't like about Spoon:
Arrived shortly after 15:30. The kitchen had already closed and so all that was available to eat were a few unattractive bits of food standing on the counter, with what might have been a fruit-fly circling the avocado cake. Decided to have two coffees. My black americano was great if you love bitter and burnt coffee that leaves a scum around the cup, but not to my taste. Then the staff started to stack the stools on... We often use this cafe when we walk from Hambleden to Henley and then back again. It is a great half way stop. We were quite surprised on our last visit to find new owners. I have to say that they were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and there was a very good atmosphere. View all feedback.
