They are the top choice in the area, and we are willing to travel in order to indulge in them since we cannot find good fish and chips nearby. We even make a point to sit by the river in Wallingford just to enjoy them fresh.

The portion... read more I’ve given this place a few tries and it’s very hit and miss, more miss than hit. Chips are often stale and items seem like they have been reheated. The portion size is extremely disappointing and the price does not reflect this. I would 100% avoid and spend your money elsewhere! Definitely worth the trip further afield in future, I won’t be returning.
