Went here on 22nd November 2019 and the pizza was fantastic. I am really surprised by the poor reviews but management must have changed. This was the best Papa John's I've had. Pizza loaded with toppings nicely spread and perfectly cooked. It looks like the manager was the chef, the guy is doing a cracking job. View all feedback.

This restaurant serves terrible, burnt, and greasy food that took an hour to arrive. Their tracking system is unreliable and I had to call them to check on my order. I will never order from them again. View all feedback.
A big thank you from Wallingford Hospital. Making our staff picnic go with a delicious bang.
If I could give 0, I would. Ordered a delivery to Wallingford. An hour and a half later hadn't arrived. Rung and got told they could not see it on their system despite the money being taken from bank account and an email sent confirming order. Told we were the 2nd people that night it had happened to, but we would need to drive to Didcot to prove we had ordered it. Got to Didcot with proof and told they would not give us our pizza. Asked for manager and told them this was fraud. Suddenly they could make order. Disgraceful!
They would not answer the phone and when I went there the guy was really rude I will tell all my friends never to go there ever
Pizza never arrived even though they are absolutely convinced they delivered it. Waited for an hour and a half, rang a few times chasing but they kept saying it’s on its way… to then say it’s been delivered. We have a ring camera and definitely no cars have driven past no one has been here. They said they’d refund me but won’t send a confirmation email so will be shocked if I get my money back. Just chaos.
Food was amazing, Delivery was prompt and Driver was excellent. Would definitely recommend
