What User doesn't like about Dr Smood South Miami Organic Cafe:
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Hands down this is the worst coffee I have ever had second to instant, maybe. The girl at register, who also made the coffee was very rude. She could not be bothered with any questions. I asked which coffee from the 5 that I purchased was the macchiato. She puffed out air and rolled her eyes. First and last time. View all feedback.
The place is nice, the sandwiches are not bad, but the service is very slow

Lots of items missing from the menu when we went bananas, vegan protein options wernt available
Ordered a cold brew and this is not cold brew. It’s iced coffee, probably yesterdays drip coffee leftovers. Tasted terrible and was not what I ordered.
Poor execution. I asked for hot sauce on the side and furthermore stated the importance of it so much that I’d rather them give me half my portion of food with no he sauce than forget the sauce altogether! They acknowledged it and said they understood yet when I got home there was no sauce. This must be the 7th or 8th time this has happened (the other 7 being on Uber eats). Either they’re terribly cheap with their hot sauce or they don’t bother to read the orders thoroughly. Either way at this point I’ve given up hope on their ability to get it right. Attention to detail is everything. I won’t be returning
