I went there with my mothers group. Its service and staff were fantastic and the idea of a play center is fabulous too. However, to charge 10-15 dollars for play is a bit much in my opinion, i didn't use the service as my baby is small. The food on the menu has not much choice and it was over priced for what you get. Hence why i do not think people should pay for "play" as well as high priced food which needs improveme... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cheeky Chinos:
The concept is great but the food and service isn't. Food is food that has been prepackaged and bought in. Nothing fresh. No cook on premises. The stuff member I ordered with could not understand English properly so made it very difficult to get order through until someone else took over. Very expensive for what you get. They charged me $11 for a kids sandwich and orange juice and the sandwich was out of date. They r... View all feedback.

It is a great escape for parents with toddlers and a fabulous atmosphere and great staff and service just needs a few changes:
I love cheeki chinos! I even borrowed a child so i could go in there as i dont have my own. My nephew loved the play area and quickly made friends with the 'carer ' Leah. As he left he was shouting Leah, leah! i see you next time Leah, see you soon! Its so refreshing to go to a 'play centre ' and receive great coffee and something decent to eat. The use of the ipads to moniter the children is a great idea too. I hope many more of these Cheeky Chino 's pop up in the suburbs.
I have never encountered any issues at this restaurant, even though the staff can be under a lot of pressure at times. I really appreciate the diverse cultural mix of the staff here, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. I believe that negative reviews may stem from cultural misunderstandings and stressful situations. Everyone here has a challenging job, and I am grateful for all their hard work, especially during the recent pandemic. Dr. Rijad is our family doctor, and he is incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and caring. He always ensures we receive the necessary follow-up care and support. He truly is the best.
The service and care at this restaurant were fantastic! I had a wonderful experience with a lovely team that seemed to be running smoothly and efficiently. The staff were excellent and I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant as my top choice.
In May 2022, while in New Zealand, it was mandatory for all travelers to have a pre-departure COVID test and a fit-to-fly clearance letter. My father, who had recently recovered from COVID and was likely to test positive, faced challenges finding a GP willing to assess him. Despite being deemed clinically well, many GPs in our area refused to clear him due to his positive result. However, thanks to the understanding and empathy of Mel, the receptionist, and Dr. Ciaran Laughlin, who had experience with similar cases, my father was finally assessed and cleared for travel. Thank you to Mel and Dr. Laughlin for their kindness and understanding.
