Wendy's - South Lyon

We ordered breakfast and had to wait 5 minutes because they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. This was actually a positive as many fast food restaurants do not offer this flexibility. The staff was very friendly, especially Steven, who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He even surprised me with a free drink of my choice, which was a delightful gesture. The breakfast menu was very impressive and offered a variety of options.

The restaurant consistently provides excellent service and delicious food, however, they recently removed the railings in the lobby. This has resulted in a unpleasant smell and now the lobby looks oddly different from before.

The sign advertised a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for $3.39, but when I went to order, the lady at the counter insisted I owed $4.09 due to tax. I asked to pay the price on the sign, $3.39, but she refused and threatened not to serve me. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this place.

Can pass credit cards by car so they have to go to order; well, I guess. but then you have to wait! because they are so unorganized and take auto orders!

Today for lunch, staff was super polite and nice, service was fast, order was perfect, eating was delicious! many thanks for a great lunch Wendy’s south lyon. the good work!
