What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
here stopped to use the bathroom for 2 minutes and apparently they were closed, but the doors were unlocked, so I was followed outside by a teenage girl who screamed that I cannot come into a building when his closed, although the doors were open, no hours were posted on this door. no friendly facility, will never return again. especially when she gave me the finger after she was locked properly. We did not have a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Even after we had already placed our order, they ended up making a mistake and had to take our order again. The staff seemed to prioritize taking orders that result in bigger tips, as we were told that they would only deliver to certain areas for a higher tip amount. Overall, the service was disappointing and we would not recommend dining here. View all feedback.
