Papa Johns - South Lyon

I ordered a pizza at 8:13 PM and it did not show up until 9:30 PM. I tried to track my order but it did not work. I called the manager of the Papa John's in South Lyon, which is around ten miles away, but he did not offer to remake my pizza or provide any compensation. They do not offer delivery there if you want your food on time.

I have been a customer at Johns for 5 years. The pickup service was efficient and the food was satisfactory.

Once again, Papa John's let us down at the South Lyon location. We ordered the epic pepperoni filled crust pizza, but there was no pepperoni in the filled crust - just cheese.

I usually like papa john’s, but how late and with this order had missing pizza. the works had all the ingredients in full, except the sauce that was almost unavailable. made for a very dry pizza also with all the other toppings. can give another try, but not eat lately.

If a basic chick was a pizza this would be it.Crust is bland and bready. Explains why they give garlic dip with every pizza.Cashier wouldn’t honor a coupon that was right on the counter.
