Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs meal for my grandson’s lunch. I didn’t receive the drink and when I called the phone rang for awhile and then it just hung up. It cost too much not to receive the entire order. View all feedback.
My husband and I walked into this restaurant and it was so clean and inviting. We were particularly impressed with a staff member by the name of Yasmine. Yasmine if this finds you dear I hope you know how small things such as “a friendly greeting” “smile” and “great customer service” can truly impact those who you come across. You’re demonstrating what it really means to provide an excellent experience for customers. Truth be told we were actually a little hesitant to visit today as we’ve experienced a very unfriendly worker during our last visit. So kudos to YASMINE for changing our hearts today. We are currently sitting outside enjoy our meal and you even came out to not only give us our food but you also brought us napkins. Thanks again for all you do. I do hope this sends a message to others and encourage them to be more like you. This girls deserves a raise or bonus and acknowledgement.
This location is always delicious and prepares the food properly.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even the manager has horrible customer
Food always mid usually get the same thing Mac and cheese with chickenSo disappointed in the service. They are having a team meeting directly behind the registers but just had the customers stand there and wait. Nobody interacted with us to let the customers know they will be with us momentarily. Instead they turned around to see people walking in, not greet us, and continued the meeting… when the guest/customers begin talking about how long they have been waiting, the MANAGER finally engages, but with an attitude like we are in the wrong. Hate seeing bad service
