Some dishes fell flat, marked by poor preparation and temperature issues. While many enjoy the venue’s charm and reasonable prices, inconsistent service raises concerns, leaving guests hoping for improvements amidst its family-friendly appeal.
The food is excellent, prices are fair, and the service is good.
Very slow service took over an hour between servings. Due to this the kids got frustrated,tired and couldn't eat their main meal or dessert. Dishes lay on table before next serving came. My steak was extremely tough, 3 prawns on top and very little else apart from cold chips and bland coleslaw on the side. All meat and pasta looked and tasted overheated by Mr ping, the microwave. It may sound good value for money but what you get is what you pay for.
I went to the bar area and Jemma served me. She was very friendly and provided excellent service.
Rebecca is an awesome waitress, very attentive. 10/10 waitress. The food was decent too.
