Starbucks - South Lanarkshire

This restaurant is always very busy. When I asked to dine in, I received a takeaway cup instead. The table was dirty with previous customers' cups and plates. I requested it to be cleaned, but only some items were removed, and the table was not properly cleaned. They need better management despite having a great space.

I absolutely adore going to Starbucks at Hamilton Palace! The service is fast and the staff is incredibly friendly. And to top it off, my dogs go crazy for their pupuccinos!

The service at this restaurant is excellent! Although I didn't catch the name of the lovely woman who served me, I requested a Strawberry Refresher which was unfortunately not available. However, the barista was able to recommend other similar drinks and the one she suggested was amazing! Thank you very much. It is always a pleasure to visit this place.

Such a friendly, fast and great place! the atmosphere is fantastic, the cafe itself is very clean and well taken care of! I’ve never had to wait long for my drinks and food as well. Staff all go their way to help you and fulfil your every need and strange requests as well as give you some fantastic recommendations to change up your drinks, especially for someone like me who loves a fruity drink!. great place with great people! keep it up.
