Pizza Hut Hamilton Scotland

The staff was not attentive at all; our plates piled up so much that I considered moving them to the table next to us just to create some space. There weren't many customers, so the staff had no real rush, yet they still seemed indifferent about providing good service. Additionally, they still insist on having customers order via their phones, which seems unnecessary. Overall, we won’t be returning, especially given the shockingly high prices for such subpar food.

I visited the lunch buffet and had a wonderful experience. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and it was constantly being replenished. The salad bar was abundant with a variety of fresh salads, which were fantastic. The self-serve ice cream was also delightful. The staff were exceptional—very attentive and friendly. It’s a shame to hear that the restaurant will be closing in five weeks.

We visited Pizza Hut Hamilton for the second time this year for work-related reasons, and once again, we received a warm welcome from Krista, a lovely waitress with a wonderful professional demeanor. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I can easily recognize when staff members genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be returning to Pizza Hut Hamilton again.

We stopped here whilst staying locally before travelling on to our holiday destination on a quiet Tues night. Our server was lovely and the food filling, with generous toppings, hot and delicious. A great find. Thank you!

We’ve been here twice recently for the buffet and had a great time both times. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was always enough food at the buffet and salad bar to keep us going.
