What stevo pirate doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Undercooked food, rude staff who 'd rather speak on the phone to their partner than deal with my order, just an awful experience overall. The stuff on offer is standard Costa, but the cleanliness is poor and staff are so disengaged from everything except making sure everything is cleaned and switched off well before closing time. Great coffee, friendly staff, lots of seating and always clean. Costas can be really hit or miss in terms of coffee quality and I've always found this one to be great. View all feedback.
