Jumbo's - South Lakeland

I will never come back here again! We visited this restaurant while staying nearby and it was a terrible experience. The vegetarian dishes we ordered were extremely bland, with the sweet and sour flavors lacking any taste. The sauce was watery and there were hardly any vegetables in the dish. The rice was also flavorless. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered their house special chow mein and ended up with food poisoning. It was the worst I've ever been. I will never be dining here again.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this restaurant. We managed to order the soup correctly, which was very good, but then things went downhill. Our order was completely wrong - we received kung pao chicken instead of what we had ordered. We also thought the prices were expensive. When we got home, we realized we had received kung pao chicken and a chicken curry, which was not what we had ordered. We were not impressed and will not be returning.

So I ordered crispy hot spicy king prawn . when I got it home, but again they had the order wrong, that has become annoying and I will not take any chance anymore. I have a kind of garnel dish, the garnels were not broken, and to be honest, it was really poor. they were definitiw not king prawns and were really very hard. a total waste of over, not to mention my time. I'm hungry because I could eat it. never ever important and I others were not to go

Yet again Jumbo have managed to get one order for two dishes wrong. Surpassed themselves tonight by providing PORK (unedible pork by the looks of the fat on it it too) for a VEGETARIAN dish. When they get it right the food is good here...but unfortunately they get orders wrong more times than they get it right. Fed up now and not sure its worth the hassle.
