A fantastic choice to kickstart your day! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just a little tip: don’t skimp on the toppings for the bowls; really load them up! View all feedback.

The experience was just okay. The food is overpriced for what you get; for the price of their breakfast tacos, you could easily go to a nearby taco spot and get a much larger burrito. I chose to sit outside because the indoor area was lacking a fan and it was really hot. Overall, there are plenty of other options out there that are better.

This hotel is situated in a rough part of town where it seems only drunken and unruly individuals gather. I urge you to read the other negative reviews that echo the same complaints. The customer service is nonexistent; I couldn't reach any manager or maintenance staff for assistance – it’s all just a facade! Don’t be fooled by their insincere apologies and claims that customer satisfaction is their top priority! If that were true, they would have responded to my emails and phone calls. It’s clear they don’t genuinely care about their guests’ experiences; they are just providing empty excuses. I found out too late that many others have had similar negative experiences, and their excuses haven't changed over the years. I will continue to warn others about the terrible state of this establishment and encourage them not to book here. For the price of $160 per night on the weekend, you can find many beautiful alternatives. Don’t let this place ruin your trip – it’s a decision you’ll regret!
I reserved a KING room that was checked on 11th juli, and the whole room was a catastrophe. 1-Dirty towel, used soap, extremely filthy broken window tones, screws and nails on the floor. very strong chemical bleaching. terrible. they took several photos and contacted a recipe for help and received nothing. determined, less than an hour after check-in due to headache, starting from the smell of the room. this management is incredibly incompetent. finally. will not return my $926.43 despite the rent the room to the man behind me. unbelievable!
Cold brew is decent. Not the best I’ve ever had, but the best in town for sure. Great menu options and the açaí bowl garden taco hit the spot. The place is cozy and chill. There is one large table with chairs and then two comfy leather couches. They were somewhat disorganized and forgot part of my order but that’s likely because they were training a new recruit so I won’t hold it against them.
