What User doesn't like about Toulouse:
Place was empty and for a good reason. Only one waiter and was out of the first 3 things that I tried to order. Crazy thing is that after you made a reservation you have to give them a credit card and if you don’t show you are charged $20 a person. Food quality not worth the price. The lettuce in the Cesar salad was wilted and the salmon was slightly overcooked. The asparagus was cooked really well and the bruschetta appetizer was delicious. The cocktails were great. I think definitely worth going there for drinks and apps. Staff very friendly and great service but food too inconsistent for the price.

Great service, great food, and outstanding environment. Pleasant surprise to find it off of the strip, went back for breakfast the next morning and was not disappointed. Highly recommend! Cheers!
