Panda Express - South Lake Tahoe

The customer service here was atrocious. They would be laughing and smiling at each other, then look at the guest pissed off. None of the guests were welcomed, and I did not hear 1 please or thank you from the associates. The food was dry and they forgot our egg rolls. I wouldn't visit here again. There's another Chinese food place not too far. Jade Garden that's good, heavy portions and nice customer service.

Way to care for the beautiful Lake Tahoe community and get bears injured or hurt.

All tables were dirty, staff was rude, and food ok. Pass on this

Terrible service and attitudes. Couldn't believe how rude they were as we were ordering and asking for a clean table. The place was dead slow and absolutely filthy. An hour left and they refused to cook any food so we ordered what was remaining whiçh must have been sitting for a long time since it was hard and not fresh. Bad deal... go elsewhere especially since there is a five guys AND chipotle next door.

This place is a joke, they never have chow mein ready... doesn't matter if you're there early, late, middle of the day... it's like no asks for more to be made until it's all gone... and when they do get it made then you stand there and watch them try and catch up all the drive through orders before serving guests standing in front of them... you'd think that for people making 15$ or more that they'd try to give a **** but..... no.
