Honestly one the best bagel spots we’ve ever been to and we LOVE bagel spots! The workers are really nice and welcoming and their bagel sandwiches are freaking awesome! If you’re in the area, you should definitely give this spot a shot but get here at a reasonable time because they make all of their bagels in house, so supplies are limited! View all feedback.

I'm sure the bagels are mediocre for a west coast bagel shop (and that's a positive) and it's not that the service i received was rude, but these folks are on a different planet when it comes to their idea of reasonable service. 1) you shouldn't run out of everything bagels at 9am, especially when the shop is visibly empty and 2) it shouldn't be 20 minutes until you get your food.If I was in the know I would have ord... Cool little spot. Caitlin and her team are serving the best bagels in town. You cannot beat them. I love the hammy add an egg on an everything bagel, and my partner loves lox of love on a plain bagel. You really cannot go wrong with freshly made bagels. The bake goods they do pre-order for ????Food: 5/5
What a special find! Wife and I made a game time decision and headed over for some bagels . Dragonfly did NOT disappoint. We were lucky to miss the last of the morning rush as their bagels are made IN HOUSE and we were lucky to get 2 of the remaining 6 or so bagels! I got the Kerfuffle on a Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel, half of it shown in my pic. The other half was too good to stop and photograph ?. 12/10 will comeback!

This review is (mostly) not about the food, clearly there are a lot of great reviews about that. This is about the service. We were the only people in the shop, ordered, and waited 15 mins to get our bagels (bagels with cream cheese, nothing extra or fancy). The girl assembling bagels does not wear gloves, she is touching all the bagels with bare hands so be aware of that if that sort of thing disgusts you (which it should). Then she put our bagels in to go bags and set them on a shelf at the back of the food prep area and they sat there for five minutes before another girl came out from the back, grabbed them, and called our name. Please address all of the above and improve your service. And please please require anyone doing food prep to wear gloves. A stranger touching my bagel with bare hands isn’t sanitary.Edit to add: when we got to our destination this morning and sat down to eat our bagels, both had the wrong cream cheese on them, despite us repeating our orders twice each. So this place missed the mark on almost every level. At least the bagel itself was good. But every other above issue ruins the experience. There are better bagel options in town, we’ll stick with those.
