i come here often for dinner, and usually get take out, which is ready on time most of the time. tonight, i came here and put in a dine-in order. i had to wait 50 minutes for my mac and cheese, and i ended up having to go ask for it at the front desk. the chicken was delicious when i ate it, but the cheese on the noodles was strange. it was stale and cold, and underneath the layer of melted cheese, there was no sauce... What T D doesn't like about Noodles And Company:
We've had issues here for quite awhile now and tonight was no exception. We usually avoid this location like the plague but it was convenient, so, much to our disappointment, we chanced it. Order was missing food, again. Food was cold, again. Slowest service ive ever seen. Takes easily 20—25 minutes each time I come here independent of whether or not its busy

Great service, super yummy food, comfortable atmosphere.
Noodles and Co has a lot of hit and miss dishes for sure. I recommend going for some of the macaroni dishes more than anything. Buffalo Mac and cheese is probably the best dish. A lot of flavor in the sauce and a good breading on the chicken. Still not crazy cheesy or creamy. I do recommend going extra meat or green onion. Some of the Asian dishes and thicker noodle dishes are just flavorless and not cooked super well.
I got the curbside and half of my order was missing. Half of my orders didn't have the protein on them and one of the kids meals didn't come with the drink that we ordered. Spent over $60 for a disappointment.
