Mcdonald's - South Jordan

Once I came through the drive through after ordering ahead and the lady was super kind and said welcome back loyal customers. It made me feel really happy and seen. thanks so very much to that lady. The food came relatively quickly I just wish it would be ready for when I get there but they don 't take too long to bring it out when you have to pull forward.

Abraham, has exceptional customer service and an awesome attitude. We had a little hiccup with our order and he took care of it straight away and was super nice and very professional. Awesome customer service. It’s very rare to find this quality!

I went there just now to get some lunch with my coworker, we got two separate orders two ollder bigger lady’s that looked Hispanic that gave us our food were giving us a hard time because we wanted two buffalo sauces each we both got food so why would it be such a big deal. They looked at me through the window like they wanted to do something/ intimate me All because I asked for more sauces ? And then you guys give me the sauce packet cut up which it got all over my food thought that was petty ash do better. And A SLOPPY JOB AT ASSEMBLING MY BURGER.

I’m CONVINCED this is the worst McDonald’s that exists. If there is a worse one somewhere, let me know.

We placed an online pickup order and received confirmation so we headed to the store. Only to find out once we got there that our order cancelled for some reason. We went to the drive thru and the person was polite and just took our order again. Not a huge wait. Then the lady that gave us our food was very thorough and made sure we got everything. The food was hot and delicious.
